​As an association where professionalism in early learning is foundational, our mission is to be a collective of early childhood educators in Yukon who:

• Unite using professional standards and a unifying framework for practice
• Mentor ongoing professional development for all early childhood educators
• Collaborate to advance the professional identity of early childhood educators in Yukon 
• Empower educators to advocate for high quality early education for all children
